My E-courses are self-led, and are a great way for you to implement the Care It Out® approach into your life.

Each course breaks down elements of my 121 Sleep Packages into easy-to-digest modules which you can take at your own pace.

Because I can’t advise on individual circumstances for E-Courses, I’ve created the summary below to help you decide which course is right for you. If you're looking for advice on weaning or a very specific sleep scenario, a 121 Consultation might suit you better, but the courses are a great place to start!

 

The Bedtime Basics
E-Course

A great place to get your sleep started if you're new to my approach or want to discover my sleep basics.

Here, I walk you through the foundations of my sleep approach, with simple actionable support and a downloadable ‘Sleep Plan’ which you can fill out as you work through the course.

The Bedtime Boundaries E-Course

This specifically covers changing HOW your Small falls asleep at sleep time - if it’s not working for you.

Here, I walk you through the small but purposeful steps you can take to help your Small to fall asleep without rocking/feeding/sshing or whatever it is that’s no longer working for you.

These courses sit between my free content, and my premium 121 services where I get to know you and your individual circumstances, create you a bespoke Sleep Plan, and work with you to implement it.

My E-Courses aren’t tailored to your unique sleep story, but if you’re not quite ready for a premium sleep package, these are a great place to start!
