2.2 “We” or “our” refers to “Care It Out” or “Kerry Secker” providing various services to parents and their families through this website or any other channels (including social media) including advice, support and consultations over the telephone, skype or in person.

(a)   information which you put into any forms on our website or any further information which you send to us.  Please be aware that we may also ask for your information when you report a problem with our website;

(b)   a record of any correspondence between us;

(d)   information about your computer (for example, your IP address, browser, operating system) for system administration and to report certain aggregate information to our advertisers.  This information will not identify any individual as it is simply statistical data about our users’ browsing patterns.

Careitout.com is hosted on Squarespace.com which uses cookies to enable you to use the website. Squarespace also uses cookies to collect data that helps us understand how people are using the site and monitor any errors that users may be experiencing. We use this information to identify how and where we can improve the user experience. The data collected through these cookies is anonymous.

7.2 The Data Protection Act 1998 gives you the right to see information which we hold about you subject to certain exemptions.  We will charge you a fee (currently £10) for this service.

We may revise these terms from time to time without notice and you must check them for changes because they are binding on you.
