FREE MONTHLY Webinar: My four sleep steps to a settled night sleep
There’s always a reason behind an unsettled night's sleep but it’s not you!
To support your Small to sleep at their biological best I have four sleep steps I look at:
1) Naps and bedtime
2) Bedtime routine
3) Supporting them to stitch sleep cycles
4) Bedtime boundaries
There’s rarely only one reason behind an unsettled night's sleep which is why I look at sleep holistically.
Lots of things are linked for your Small:
Food/diet/feeding
Digestion/going to the toilet/pooping
Behaviour
Sleep
You may have already noticed that if one of these areas is impacted, it can have a knock-on effect on the others.
And then when we look at sleep everything is linked also:
Days are linked to nights
Nights are linked to days
Wake-up time
Naps
Bedtime routine
Bedtime boundary (how they go to sleep)
Wake-ups
It’s all intrinsically linked together. So it makes solid sleep sense to look at it all together. And we've certainly got a lot to go through together during this webinar!
Join me for my FREE webinar and I'll talk you through all of your four steps and much more.
You and your Small could get a settled night's sleep from your sofa!

WEBINAR FEEDBACK
“
“THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS. I SUBMITTED THE FORM WHEN I WAS PANICKING ABOUT NEVER SLEEPING AGAIN AND THINKING WE MUST HAVE A SITUATION WHICH REQUIRED TAILORED ADVICE. I THINK BEING SOLO HEIGHTENS CONCERNS. HOWEVER YOUR WEBINAR WAS JUST SO SPOT ON…
I found it so pragmatic, easy to follow and full of sound and sensible advice. It was refreshing to be given positive changes that we can make that are the opposite of leaving him to cry (which has been the constant suggestion from others). Bed time is already so much better that I now have confidence that overnight will follow. I will be recommending this webinar to anyone who has tricky toddler sleep.”
“Thanks you so much for all your amazing advice in the toddler webinar! We’re back to having one wake up a night for a feed and 2 nights ago we even had none!”
